On our first date we went to the center of the universe in Tulsa (Which is a spot where you can stand and hear your voice echo) and then went to dinner at a mexican restaurant called El Guapos. So this night all i was thinking is that we were supposed to meet my sister and her boyfriend at that same restaurant for dinner that night and we were early so decided to stop by the spot because Jesse told me they had done some repairs. We were standing in the circle listening to our echos and he said "turn around and see if you can hear me that way". So I turned around and saw his shadow go down on one knee. I turned around and there he was holding the ring! He said "Courtney, you have been the center of my universe for eight months now, and I'd like to be the center of yours for the rest of your life? Will you marry me?" Of course I said Yes! He had photographers there taking pictures of the whole proposal! Then we went to meet my sister for dinner, and when we got to the restaurant he had both of our families waiting there for us! I was so surprised! It means so much to me that he put so much thought into the proposal and made that day so special. I will never forget it!
